PROMISE OF WORLD PEACE Presented to the Iowa Peace Institute

by Diane Findlay, submitted May 2023

The Iowa Peace Institute, which was formed in Des Moines in 1986, moved to its permanent home in Grinnell in 1987. Sometime in the late 1980s, a small delegation of Bahá’ís visited the Grinnell location (I believe) to presented a copy of THE PROMISE OF WORLD PEACE to the Institute’s director, John W. McDonald. Pictured with McDonald are Diane Findlay, Mildred Sullivan, and Wendy Schamberger.
